Every August, the Apple Creek HOA holds its anual meeting, which covers topics of important information as it pertains to Apple Creek residents, electing a new HOA board, going over various committee reports (financial and otherwise), etc. The 2021 date has not been finalized just yet, but once it has you will know weeks in advance, here and via a letter to all lot owners.
The board has asked me to post a call for 2 to maybe as many as 4 volunteers that might wish to step forward/find out more about what is involved, in advance of the meeting.
