"THAT'S PUTTING IT MILDLY..."

Season's Greetings all y'all, whichever you partake in!  Haven't posted in some time because, well, there has been nothing newsworthy to post about.  No travel-trouble weather, no board news sent my way, zip, nada, zilch. While we'll get very cold for a couple of days starting today, Friday, we warm back up next week for Christmas proper with a good bit of rain and foggy, cloudy days.

The polar jet stream remains banked well to our north in the eastern U.S., in large part thanks to the strong El Nino in place.  Models suggest a polar blast to set in mid January or so for the east, but we can be thankful for so-far lower heating bills, zero HOA expenditures for salting/plowing and lack of travel woes, just at the expense of it not feeling like the holidays.  We know we'll pay the piper before long, but I'm lovin' the benefits we've had so far.

With my new work schedule, I'm not firing my camera as much these days, but below are a couple from the past couple of months from home. (click to enlarge).  Here's wishing everyone a safe and wonderful holiday!
