Meeting called at 1:00.
It was brought to our attention that certified letters were
NOT sent to delinquent homeowners.
Motion made by Linda Hughes and seconded by Maxene Lackey to send out
certified letters this week (week of June 2nd, 2103). Motion passed.
A proposal from Smith Construction was given to the Board on
road repair costs. Keith Patton and
Doyle Love traveled the road with Smith Construction to see what repairs were
needed. We are currently waiting on
second proposal from Custom Paving which should arrive week of June 2,
2013. Staymon Road is in critical need
of repair and first estimate was $6500 to pave from first curve on Staymon down
to Apple Creek Road.
A decision is still being made to determine if “rick-rack”
should be placed in ditch on “S” curve on one lane road.
