Some
items that we discussed: Jan to turn over the judgment decision
(regarding Upper road removal), the judgment from the White matter in
1992 and other legal matters to Lorraine Conard. Jan and Sharon to give
the new board the list of unpaid assessments. Lorraine and Frank will
go to bank to sign new signature cards.
